ProTaper’s mission since its inception has been to maintain its products at the forefront of performance, guaranteeing the athletes who use them an experience in the saddle befitting champions. The new D_VICE stem is another example of this philosophy applied to our DH stem solutions.

Consistently looking to improve our best products, we subjected the DH stem to exhaustive development using stress analysis software to identify where excess material could be removed without compromising stiffness. The final version emerged from R&D backed by World Cup athlete validation. Its fully connected lower plate and trussed upper plate create a stiffer, stronger interface with the legendary Manitou Dorado. With 10mm vertical spacers included and an extension adjustable from 45 to 50mm, the ideal setup is easily within reach for any athlete seeking the ultimate cockpit solution.
