I got two of these in 28h and they weighed 436g and 432g. That is far lighter than the website listing so I assume the website is a typo as a 40g swing is alot for a rim. They measure a true 30mm ID and are very similar to the outgoing Duroc except the raised portion of the spoke bed is no longer there and the profile height seems slightly higher. These are the only alloy rims out there at this weight and they are welded at the seam. Race Face ARC 30, WTB KOM Light i30, Velocity Blunt (narrow), Stans Arch (narrow) are all pinned or sleeved these days and they are all far heavier. I am excited to see how these hold up on a hardtail that gets quite a bit of thrashing and messing around. At this weight, I don't expect high impact resistance but I am very excited that there is finally a light weight 30mm rim option out there. They laced up flawless like anything I've ever used from Sun/Ringle.
