We take our Pro Program seriously and ask you follow our simple standard of conduct. Failure to comply with the following guidelines could result in immediate termination of your Pro account.
1) Your Pro account is for your professional use only - purchases for friends or family are prohibited.
2) Your Pro pricing is only valid at Hayesbicycle.com. Pro Program pricing is confidential. Do not share your pricing with anyone.
3) Purchasing products for resale through your Pro account is unacceptable. If you encounter someone selling gear purchased through the Pro Program, please notify prodeal@hayesbicycle.com immediately.
4) Sorry, no backorders. Orders will ship based on current availability.
5) Please support your nearest Hayes Bicycle dealer by referring business to the local retailer whenever possible.
6) Returns are only accepted for factory defects. Do not attempt to return products at retailers, they will not be accepted.
7) Subscription to our Pro email list is a requirement of membership.
8) Some limits to apply: $4,000/order, $7,500 limit per year. Max 4pc per sku.
